Did you mean CLinch? I had a quick look at their design notes and they reflect my own thinking in terms of simplicity and intuitiveness. I’m curious how far they got.

I thought of embedding CL into various graphics platforms, but in the end decided that if I'm going to undertake this non-trivial effort, I'm going to go all the way and implement a full system in CL.
